Refunds requested for withdrawing from an agreed upon course earlier than 7 days before starting will be honored. However, course  withdrawal requests made within 7 days of scheduled course starts or after, will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds will be issued after 30 days and a 10% processing fee will be charged to the student’s remaining account balance.

All effort will be expended to control flight training costs. But certain conditions may require American Aviation Academy to modify prices with or without advance notice.
